tehlionqueen, I've been stalking her for the past few weeks now XD She's also a hobbit-lover, particularly Billy Boyd, so she takes a fair interest in anything Scottish-related and she's a Rangers supporter so..yeh!

Thank you my lovely ;) I plan to revive the Merry/Pippin fandom...I've created pairings in the past and now I'm bringing one back to lotr fandom :D

Yes I've written two now :D Obviously don't get to write much as I find it impossible to write slash when Pete's in the flat too :P Oh God...you would not believe how absolutely massive the LotR fandom is...I could honestly spend a year trawling through the sites and comms and blogs etc dedicated to the films and the cast etc. It's amazing. I love how massive this fandom is and how you'll always find new fic without having to search far and wide. *sigh* I'm so happy to have found a love for this fandom and I've met some rather awesome people through it already! Hobbit slash is kinda dwindling now compared to elf/men slash now so it's a rarity to find some - speshly Merry/Pippin these days...it's all Sam/Frodo as you can imagine..lol!

Ah yeah, boyfriends have a habit of getting in the way of slash, the two don't seem to mesh all that well. I noticed a particularly slashy moment between Kenny Miller and Kris Boyd during a game one time and mentioned it to Jamie (forgetting for the time being that he.does.not.get.it XD obviously) and he was a bit WTF?! for awhile *g* XD.
Sounds pretty damn cool actually. Is it a friendly one? Its always good when you find a new fandom thats just the biznis. So I take it Sam/Frodo is like the Steve/Xabi of LotR? I've never liked the films all that much, but I'm such a twat when it comes to film its unreal, so I'll give it/them another go sometime and take a chill pill beforehand XD

LOL, Pete can be a bit like that sometimes XD I'm sure he notices me flushing or biting my lip if I notice any slashy moments during the footie but he never says much :P He has made a few questionable comments about Stevie/Xabi, Stevie/Fernando in the past ;) Oh, and Leo/Bojan too - which has pleased me greatly :D

So far it's been friendly! I do get worried that there may be 'elitist' lotr fans..y'know, the ones who were there from the 'beginning'..lol..and know everything about all the books, films, actors etc...but I've just mostly had a few eyebrows raised at my hobbit fascination, but that's it really! I've not had any negative comments about my slash, which is awesome :D Hehe, Frodo/Sam are the Stevie/Xabi of the hobbit world at least! Merry/Pippin are more like the Daniel/Fernando of the fandom..which I think is rather damn cute XD
